Best Seller was born from Mebius Srl, the company behind MysteryClient.it. For twenty-one years, Mebius has measured customer experience for Europe's largest retail chains.

Hundreds of brands, thousands of retail locations, millions of store visits as mystery shoppers. The idea of Best Seller came from daily observation: mystery shoppers saw the same mistakes repeating across different chains, sectors, and countries.

Mistakes that traditional training couldn't fix because it was based on theory, not on what actually happens on the retail floor.
